Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Arab Jordanian Insurance Group Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (64/2015) dated 14/04/2015 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (1,500,000) shares of the Arab Jordanian Insurance Group Company through offering these shares for private subscription by allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the minutes of the company’s extraordinary meeting held on 08/03/2015, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Arab Jordanian Insurance Group Company on 04/05/2016 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
