Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Zara Investment (holding) Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (53/2015) dated 24/03/2015 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (1,743,411) shares of Zara Investment (holding) company through offering these shares for private subscription by allocating them for "Al Massira Investment Company", provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of Zara Investment (holding) company on 13/04/2016 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
