Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (2/2016) dated 05/01/2016 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (450,000) shares of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Company, previously named Middle East Diversified Investment Company, through allocating these shares to the shareholder
Mr. “Naser Abd Al-Mohsen Mohammad Ali Al-Marri”, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Company on 19/01/2017 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
