| As part of SDC's policy to enhance the transparency and provide the information to all relevant parties and audience, and as the SDC displays all the main data through its website (www.sdc.com.jo), the SDC developed a new service called "SDC Web Services". | |
| This service enables users to obtain data automatically with high efficiency through the mechanism of direct connection with the SDC by using (Web Services) technology that enables the subscribing member to store and analyze statistical data. | |
| The following list of data available within this service: | |
| 1. | List of major investors who own (1%) or more. |
| 2. | Deposited registers of shareholders and securities classified by nationality: Jordanian, Arab, and Foreign. |
| 3. | Board members ownership. |
| 4. | Financial ratios. |
| 5. | Board members and representatives trading. |
| 6. | SDC members' information. |
| 7. | Securities information. |
| 8. | Corporate actions. |
| 9. | Daily trading (market value and number of contracts) according to the investor's nationality, category, and type. |
| 10. | Detailed information about SDC members that's status is merged, transformation, liquidation, and dissolution. |
| 11. | Details of deposited share book. |
