Later to our memos (11/2020), (13/2020) regarding the deferral of settlement for the trading day of March 16th that was due to be settled on March 18th, that had to be postponed as a result of the disruption of the business of all institutions and official departments in accordance with the government’s official decisions issued thereto; within its preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID19.

And reference to the latest governmental decision to extend the disruption period further until the end of the holy month of Ramadan. And after all the members of SDC had executed their due payments for settlement, The SDC’s board of directors with coordination and approval of the Jordan Securities Commission’s board of commissioners have decided to complete the deferred settlement on April 28th,2020 without further deferment.
