Further to our letter no. (1481/2020) dated 17/03/2020 and in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers issued on 29/03/2020 to extend the disruption of the business of all institutions and official departments for a period of two weeks ending on Tuesday evening dated 14/04/2020 within its preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID19.

We would like to inform you that it has been decided to defer the settlement for the trading day of Wednesday dated 18/03/2020 to become the first working day following the official shutdown; that is Wednesday the 15th of April 2020, however, if trading of securities on the exchange was decided before that date, the SDC will execute the deferred settlement accordingly and on the first trading day.
