| As part of the SDC's plan aimed at expanding its services and within its concern to provide high quality services to all investors in Jordanian securities, it is our pleasure to inform you that we have opened a specialized branch in Irbid to provide investors' services located opposite to the housing bank complex, first floor of Arkan commercial building above the headquarter of Jordan Telecom company as of Sunday morning 10/06/2007. The branch provides the following services: |

| ● | Investor Identification, account set-up and amending addresses. |
| ● | Transfer of securities from the investors' account in the central registry to their accounts maintained by the concerned brokers. |
