In reference to circular No. (7/2004) by virtue of the SDC’s letter ref:8/8/10385 dated 10/11/2004 regarding the transfer of the shareholders’ registers and depositing securities at the SDC in two stages.
Attached is a printed summary of your shareholders’ registers as of 11/11/2004 and the detailed shareholders’ register arranged alphabetically on a CD. Please note that the records and balances in this register are as at the end of Thursday 11/11/2004 in accordance with the specifications of the first stage referred to in our circular mentioned above. This register contains the data of authenticated, to be deposited, shareholders and non-authenticated shareholders according to the following order:

Shareholders Department’s employees of the company are requested to check and audit the attached register with the shareholders’ register maintained by the company and notify the SDC of any remarks. The shareholders’ register that will be provided to the company in stage two will be considered final and deposited at the SDC upon the companies’ responsibility.
