The Securities Depository Center, represented by the CEO Assistant for Administrative Affairs, Mr. Jamal Jallab, participated in the meeting of the Affiliate Members Consultative Committee (AMCC), which was held via audio and video communication on Friday, 08/05/2026.

The meeting addressed the discussion of the committee’s strategic priorities and future work plans, in addition to reviewing the latest updates presented by the leaders of the working groups regarding current initiatives, key outcomes, and feedback related to working methods and priorities for the upcoming phase.

The meeting also covered the upcoming edition of the Market Fragmentation report, including the report’s scope, timeline, and call for participation, as well as the latest developments related to the FinTech Working Group.

In addition, discussions took place regarding developments related to Anthropic, the company specialized in developing artificial intelligence systems, and the impact of these developments on participants in financial markets and the related regulatory frameworks.

It is worth noting that the Securities Depository Center joined International Organization of Securities Commissions on 20/07/2025 under the “Affiliate Members” category. IOSCO is considered the leading global reference organization in the field of securities market regulation and the development of related standards. Its membership includes more than 130 entities comprising regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and supervisory bodies from around the world, contributing to enhancing the efficiency, fairness, and transparency of global financial markets.
