The Securities Depository Center (SDC) participated via audio and video communication in the meetings of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS) on Friday, 5 September, 2025. The SDC took part as a member of the Federation's Board of Directors, represented by the SDC’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Sarah Tarawneh, in the Board of Directors meeting. Additionally, the SDC was represented by the Director of the Registration Department, Mr. Najd Al-Najdawi, in the General Assembly meeting of the Federation. During the meeting, discussions were held regarding the financial statements for the period from January to July, updates on the Federation's activities, the audited financial statements for the year 2024 prepared in accordance with IFRS, and key events anticipated in 2026.

It is worth noting that the Federation of Euro-Asian Capital Markets (FEAS) was established in 1995 as a regional organization aiming to promote cooperation and integration among stock exchanges and financial institutions in the Europe and Asia regions. This is achieved through the exchange of expertise and knowledge, enhancing the efficiency and transparency of member markets, and promoting cross-border investment opportunities. The federation works to develop financial market infrastructure, improve regulatory and technical practices among its members, and promote regional markets globally.
