In implementation of the visions of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein on the necessity of confronting the dangers that our youth are exposed to due to the scourge of drugs and in order to increase the fortification of families and protect them from the danger of drugs, the capital market institutions hosted the "Anti-Narcotics Department of the Public Security Directorate" on Monday 13/01/2025 to hold an awareness lecture directed at female employees of the capital market institutions. It addressed the dangers of drugs and their negative effects on the individual and society.

The lecture included a summary of narcotic substances, their forms, the most important signs that appear on the user, and the psychological, material and physical damage resulting from taking them, in addition to the reasons for the spread of drug use among segments of society, which include bad companions, weak religious restraint, and family disintegration

The lecture was presented by Captain "Ammar Al-Rawajih", where he also stressed the importance of the role of the family in proper upbringing, in addition to the necessity of enhancing community awareness of the dangers of drugs, calling on all attendees to work in a team spirit to eliminate this scourge that threatens the stability of Jordanian society.
