Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (60,120,448) shares of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company on Tuesday January 12, 2016 through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (5/2016) dated 05/01/2016
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (106,525,790) shares.
