In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (97/2019) dated 09/04/2019 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (4,950,617) shares of the
Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the (JSC), provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company on 22/05/2020 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
