On Sunday February 7, 2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,039,905) shares of the Jordan Clothing Company with a nearly 55 percent of the company’s capital. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2014.

Thereby, the SDC record of the Jordan Clothing Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (4,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (1,960,095) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on August 22, 2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on December 03, 2015.
