On Tuesday 21/11/2017 the SDC completed the process the process of registering the share capital increase of (10,000,000) shares of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and the allocation of these shares to the shareholder (Governmental Assets Management Company).

Thereby, the SDC records of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company indicates the raise of its capital from (146,405,342) shares to a registered capital of (246,405,342) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 02/05/2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 30/07/2015, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 16/11/2017.
