On Sunday 14/05/2017 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (3,316,700) shares of the Comprehensive Multiple Transport Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects covering the unsubscribed capital increase in shares of the Company by allocating these shares to “The Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan”.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Comprehensive Multiple Transport Company indicates the raise of its capital from (11,683,300) shares to a registered capital of (15,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 15/12/2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 22/02/2016, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 08/05/2017.
