On Wednesday January 13, 2016 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (450,000) shares of the Middle East Diversified Investment Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the shareholder “Mr. Naser Abd Al-Mohsen Mohammad Ali Al-Marri”.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Middle East Diversified Investment Company indicates the raise of its capital from (550,000) shares to a registered capital of (1,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on November 12, 2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on November 24, 2015, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued in January 05, 2016.
