On Wednesday 04/12/2024 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (5,000,000) shares of the Middle East Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries & Medical Appliances Company.

The share capital increase is performed through capitalization this amount of the company's payable balance and allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (383/2024) dated 13/11/2024.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Middle East Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries & Medical Appliances Company indicates the raise of its capital from (1,250,583) shares to a registered capital of (6,250,583) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 10/04/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 25/07/2023, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 13/11/2024.
