On Tuesday 14/11/2017 the SDC completed the process the process of registering the share capital increase of (10,000,000) shares of Al Faris National Company for Investment & Export Company.

The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Company board of director’s decision no. (1) dated 12/07/2017, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC based upon the JSC’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (364/2017) dated 01/10/2017.

Thereby, the SDC records of Al Faris National Company for Investment & Export Company indicates the raise of its capital from (6,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (10,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 14/08/2016 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 30/11/2016, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 04/10/2017.
