On Tuesday April 19, 2016, the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (62,500,000) shares, with a nearly 25 percent, of the Jordan Telecom Company to distribue its excess cash to the shareholders.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Telecom Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (250,000,000) share/JOD to a registered capital of (187,500,000) share/JOD as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on December 10, 2015, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the Share Capital Decrease issued in April 06, 2016.
