On Thursday 13/06/2024 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (15,000,000) shares of the National Petroleum Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects stock dividends distributed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

And due to the coincidence of this day being an official holiday, the Securities Depository Center completed the process of distributing shares to the company's shareholders as they stood at the end of the business day on 13/06/2024, which is the preceding business day before the official holiday.

Thereby, the SDC records of the National Petroleum Company indicates the raise of its capital from (15,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (30,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 17/04/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 22/04/2024, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued on 06/06/2024.
