Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Decrease of the Al- Arabiya For Investment Projects Co
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of Al- Arabiya For Investment Projects Company on Monday 13/05/2024. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2023 which is (654,020) JOD and distributing the remaining balance of its excess cash (397,962) JOD to the shareholders in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 05/03/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 05/05/2024.
