Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the South Electronics Company on Monday 08/11/2021 through redeeming the balance of accumulated balance (8,538,037) JOD and redeeming the issuance discount (500,000) JOD as of 31/12/2019.
The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 18/08/2020 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 09/09/2021.
