Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the International Arabian Development & Investment Trading Company on Tuesday 31/08/2021 to redeem the part balance of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/03/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 03/08/2021.
