Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Dar Al Aman For Islamic Finance Co.

Greetings, 
 

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,000,000) shares of the  Dar Al Aman For Islamic Finance Company on Sunday 31/1/2021 to redeem part of the accumulated losses of the company as of 31/12/2019. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (20,000,000) shares to (16,000,000) shares.
