Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,760,000) shares of the Almehanya for Real Estate Investments & Housing Company on Wednesday 02/12/2020. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company to (33,440,000) shares. The share capital decrease will be performed through: |

| 1. | Decreasing the share capital of (74,675) share/JOD to redeem the remaining balance of the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2019. |
| 2. | Decreasing the share capital of (1,685,325) share/ JOD and distributing its excess cash to the shareholders. |
