Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Increase of the Al-manara Insurance Co.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (600,000) shares of the Al-manara Insurance Company on Wednesday 18/11/2020.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (183/2020) dated 04/10/2020, and the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 06/01/2020, and upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 19/12/2019.
