Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Sura Development & Investment Company on Monday 06/07/2020 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 04/02/2020, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on on 03/06/2020.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Sura Development & Investment Company on Monday 06/07/2020 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 04/02/2020, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on on 03/06/2020.
