Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (700,000) shares of Akary for Industries & Real Estate Investments Company on Thursday 07/01/2021 to redeem part of the accumulated losses of the company. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (1,200,000) shares to (500,000) shares.
