Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (625,000) shares of the Sheba Metal Casting Company on Monday 13/12/2021 to redeem the issuance discount (120,704) JOD and redeem (504,296) JOD of the retained losses. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (1,250,000) shares to (625,000) shares. |
