Referring to the memo no.(25/2017) dated April 3rd, 2017 regarding the membership termination of the Zahrat Alurdon Real Estate & Hotels Investment Company as a result of the voluntary liquidation based upon the company's General Assembly's decision made in its extraordinary meeting held on 20/02/2017.
Please note that the SDC re-accepted the membership of the Zahrat Alurdon Real Estate & Hotels Investment Company as of 28/08/2017 based upon the company's General Assembly's decision made in its extraordinary meeting held on 06/07/2017 including the reversal of its previous decision regarding the membership termination and upon providing the SDC with all required documents according to the bylaws and instructions in force at the SDC.
