Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registered the share capital increase of (3,000,000) shares of the Arabian Aviation Investment Company on Wednesday 01/03/2017 which are allocated to the “Rum Group For Transportation & Tourism Investment”, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) based upon the JSC’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (43/2017) dated 23/02/2017.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting the company's debts (6,000,000) JOD to the amount of issued shares.
