Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,842,844) shares of the Ubour Logistic Services Company on Sunday 20/08/2017. The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 07/05/2017 and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 02/08/2017 to redeem all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,842,844) shares of the Ubour Logistic Services Company on Sunday 20/08/2017. The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 07/05/2017 and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 02/08/2017 to redeem all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016.
