Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,328,382) shares of the Shira' Real Estate Development & Investment Company on Monday 31/07/2017. The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 16/04/2017 and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 19/06/2017 to redeem the entire balance of losses as of 13/12/2016.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,328,382) shares of the Shira' Real Estate Development & Investment Company on Monday 31/07/2017. The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 16/04/2017 and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 19/06/2017 to redeem the entire balance of losses as of 13/12/2016.
