Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Decrease of Future Arab Investment Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of Future Arab Investment Company on Thursday 28/09/2023 to redeem (4,931,051) JOD of the balance of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022 based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/04/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 24/09/2023. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (24,931,051) shares to (20,000,000) shares.
