Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,000,000) shares of the South Electronics Company on Monday January 18, 2016. The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting the company's debts to the amount of issued shares directed to those mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (13/2016) dated 12/01/2016.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (11,158,447) shares.
