Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Alentkaeya for Investment & Real Estate Development Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,581,259) shares of the Alentkaeya for Investment & Real Estate Development Company on Thursday 04/01/2018. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (4,926,430) shares to (2,345,171) shares to redeem all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016.
