| Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,500,000) shares of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Company on Thursday 25/01/2018. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (2,000,000) shares to (500,000) shares. The share capital decrease will be performed through: | |
| • | Redeeming the total of the accumulated losses (825,391) JOD as of 31/12/2016. |
| • | Redeeming the issuance discount (180,000) JOD as of 31/12/2016. |
| • | Redeeming (494,609) JOD from the balance of the issuance discount resulted from increasing its share capital from (1,000,000) share/ JOD to (2,000,000) share/ JOD. |
