Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Holy Land Insurance Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (242/2019) dated 24/09/2019 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (4,868,691) shares of the
Holy Land Insurance Company through allocating these shares to the shareholder Mr. Baha'a Aldean Muhy Aldean Aref Almodaffar, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Holy Land Insurance Company on 16/10/2021 upon the lapse of two years from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
Thereby, the SDC record for the Holy Land Insurance Company indicates the following:
