Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Blue Stone (Jordan) Investments Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (139/2018) dated 03/05/2018 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (33,000,000) shares of the
Blue Stone (Jordan) Investments Company by allocating these shares to the shareholder “Mr. Nasser bin Butti Omair bin Yousef Al- Muhairi”, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Blue Stone (Jordan) Investments Company on 28/05/2020 upon the lapse of two years from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
Thereby, the SDC record for the Blue Stone (Jordan) Investments Company indicates the following:
