Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Babelon Investments Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (499/2013) dated 27/11/2013 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (1,500,000) shares of Babelon Investments company through offering these shares for private subscription by allocating them for "Kawar Investment Company", provided that these shares remain under lock-up for two years of the date the company’s shares return to trading at the ASE.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of Babelon Investments company on 18/06/2016 upon the lapse of two years of the date the company’s shares return to trading at the ASE.
