The SDC's Board of Directors elected Mr. "Moh’d Said" Ahmad Al-Hammami to be their new chairman at their meeting on 25/11/2014 and they elected Mr. Ismail Abdelqader Hussein Alhajaj to be deputy Chairman.

Mr. Al-Hammami held such several positions, recently the vice-chairman of the SDC’s Board of Directors. Consecutively Mr. Ismail Abdelqader Hussein Alhajaj was appointed a member in the SDC's Board of Directors by Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners on 19/11/2014 as successor to Mr. Abdul Hamid Abdullah Alhayari.
