On Wednesday 09/05/2018 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (500,000) shares of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and allocating these shares to “Mr. Naser Abd Al-Mohsen Mohammad Ali Al-Marri” and “Mr. Ziyad Shukri Peter Al-Slaath”.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Noor Capital Markets For Diversified Investments Company indicates the raise of its capital from (500,000) shares to a registered capital of (1,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 09/10/2017 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 03/01/2018, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued in 29/03/2018.
