Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of merger of the Arabia Insurance Company (merged company) and Jerusalem Insurance (merging company) on Thursday 03/09/2026 and the share capital increase resulted from merger in the Jerusalem Insurance Company by allocating these shares to the shareholders of the Arabia Insurance Company – Jordan Company except the shareholder of the Jerusalem Insurance Company.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jerusalem Insurance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (16,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (17,706,170) shares as a result of the mentioned merger.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/06/2026 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 03/08/2026, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission issued on 30/08/2026.
