On Wednesday 04/06/2025 the SDC completed the process the process of registering the share capital increase of (11,160,714) shares of United Financial Investments Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and the allocation of these shares to the shareholder "Jordan Kuwait Bank" and based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (24/2025) dated 23/04/2025.

Thereby, the SDC records of the United Financial Investments Company indicates the raise of its capital from (10,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (21,160,714) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 13/10/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 19/12/2024, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 23/04/2025.
