On Wednesday 28/05/2025 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (10,000,000) shares of the Jordan Mortgage Refinance Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering directed to company’s shareholders with a nominal value of the share (JOD 1) and issuance price (JOD 1).

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Mortgage Refinance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (12,500,000) shares to a registered capital of (22,500,00) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 10/03/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 13/03/2025, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 23/04/2025.
