On Tuesday 28/06/2022 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,248,695) shares of the Jordan Emirates Dimensions For Commercial Investment Company as this amount is in excess of its needs and will distributed to the shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

Thereby, the SDC record of the Jordan Emirates Dimensions For Commercial Investment Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (2,748,695) shares to a registered capital of (500,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/03/2022, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 16/06/2022.
