On Sunday 06/01/2019 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (28,205,128) shares of Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Co.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and the allocation of these shares to the shareholder (Governmental Assets Management Company).

Thereby, the SDC records of Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company indicates the raise of its capital from (246,405,342) shares to a registered capital of (274,610,470) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/04/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 22/05/2018, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 05/08/2018.
