On Sunday June 19, 2016 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (25,000,000) shares of  the Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects stock dividends distributed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

Thereby, the SDC records of  the Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company indicates the raise of its capital from (75,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (100,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on April 28, 2016 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on May 17, 2016 and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued in June 06, 2016.
