On Sunday 02/06/2024 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of the Siniora Food Industries Co. 

The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the Mr Majdi Kazem AlSharif and Aswaaq Investment Portfolios Company.

This capital Increase  is based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/03/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 02/04/2024 and Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision dated 09/05/2024.
